RULES

• SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is a Zero Tolerance Post Graduate Sports Academy
• SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) does not offer scholarships. SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is a post-graduate program creating opportunities for scholarships.
• SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) will not be held responsible for the final outcome, especially if the student has failed to fulfill his obligations academically.

FEES
All fees must be paid by the designated deadlines. If fees are not paid by deadlines, players may be subject to losing their spot on the roster. Any fees paid to SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) are non-refundable.
INSURANCE
Players and coaches will be required to carry individual health insurance. Insurance plans will be available for those who cannot provide proof of insurance. Participants in the SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) program cannot be involved in any activities until proof of insurance is provided.
BEHAVIOR
Any misbehavior or disrespect from parents or players, this includes physical or verbal, will not be tolerated. Players should always be aware of their actions and conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Players will be subject to removal from the program after a hearing.
HOUSING
SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is not responsible for any housing or payment for housing for students. SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is not responsible for anything that may occur in the housing such as vandalism of the house or property, the coaching staff of SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) will do room checks three times a week to prevent vandalism. Housing problems, questions, or concerns should be direct to the housing facility.
TRANSPORTATION
SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is not responsible for transportation to and from school or practice. Each player is responsible for his own transportation for the semester, although here at SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) we preach team camaraderie to all of our student athletes within our football/women sports program.
CANCELLATION OF GAMES
SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) has a written contract for every game. There is always a chance that games will be canceled. If games are canceled by the opposing team, SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is not responsible.
FEEDING
Each player and his family are responsible for feeding of the player. The only time SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is responsible for feeding players is at away games.
ACADEMICS
SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is not responsible for the academic progress of any student; however, progress will be monitored on a weekly basis. There will be study halls and tutoring, but it is the student’s responsibility to attend study halls and tutoring. SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) is not responsible for registering students for classes. Students are to register and have all necessary paperwork completed in developmental classes or be a part time student at RCC, SBVAlley, SJCC, or other community college. All players are responsible for attending all classes. Players who are not making adequate progress or following the rules will be dismissed from the program.
ELIGIBILITY
Every player has a different situation and will be working individually to meet expectations for acceptance into a four year institution. Some will be trying to make the required ACT/SAT test score or demonstrate the ability to be successful in an academic course. Each player and family is responsible for meeting the requirements for the NCAA Clearinghouse. Players, who are earning college credit hours, must know what they need to be NCAA eligible in order to receive a scholarship from a four year institution. SPORTS ACADEMY-POST GRADUATE(PG) will monitor student progress towards meeting their individual goals.
GAME SCHEDULE
Each parent will be given a schedule, but can always check the web site for the schedule or other information.
